We use this hotel as part of our Cycling Charming hotels holiday. The decoration follows a rustic style in harmony with the materials used in the region. In the summer, the shadows of the garden invite you to sit at a table in the open air, whilst in the winter the fireplace spreads a pleasant warmness.Protected from the southeast winds by a small eucalyptus hood, the property has spaces with wide gardens and a lake where swimming and fishing are possible.

Situated 2h30min from Lisbon, in the village of Brejão, it is only 2 km away from Carvalhal beach and 6 km from the beaches of Zambujeira do Mar and the picturesque village of Odeceixe, already in Algarve.

This typical “monte alentejano” is located in the Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina, one of the biggest coast reserved area in Europe. It is a group of buildings with solid walls made in “taipa” 200 years old, in a landscape of vast horizons: on the east, the Serra de Monchique, on the west, the sea.

To go to the beautiful beaches of Carvalhal, Alteirinhos or Odeceixe, take long walks over the cliffs of the Costa Vicentina, ride a bike or sports fishing, are some of the activities proposed by Miguel. You can also count on the Sunset Bar, open for the guests from 7 to 10 p.m.
